In an emotional post on Linkedin, Deepinder Goyal has called out to his ex employees if they are looking for an employment.

The Ex- CEO of Zomato emphasized that things may have been little unorganized, chaotic in the past that may have influenced some people to leave the company but has assured that the workplace is more organized.

Deepinder mentions that around 400 people are in their 2nd or 3rd stint with the company.

Not the CEO Anymore but…

Deepinder emphasized that he not being the CEO anymore has not changed anything that he is still very much involved in everything at Eternal and that he wants ex-employees to return back to the company.

Aligning with his request to ex employees, Deepinder has shared an appropriate email by the name of back@eternal.com

Why Deepinder is calling out his Ex-Employees To Return?

In an interview with Raj Shamani, Deepinder once said that why he prefers to fulfill a senior post from his own pool of employees rather than hire someone from outside. As per Deepinder, he can train the existing and guide through the learning the curve for the required senior post which will take months and years in the case of a new employee coming from a different organization.
