A video is viral on social media where Vishal Agarwal, the prime accused of the 2024 Pune Porsche accident, can be seen celebrating his birthday with his family members. He was recently granted bail by the Supreme Court nearly 22 months after his imprisonment.
The video has shocked the country as there is no remorse on the face of the accused and of the family, and they could be seen enjoying their heart out on the accused’s birthday.

While the lawyers of the Agarwal family claim that the video is from 2023, before the time of the incident, the video has caused immense outrage in the public sphere, and netizens are demanding strict actions for the accused and for the Agarwal family also.
The mother of Sahil Dhaneshra, the 23-year-old who died in a fatal collision in Feb 2026, has also expressed serious anger at the judicial system, opining that “Everything is Bailable in this country.”
“Everything is bailable, rape is bailable, murders are bailable, crushing someone under a vehicle is bailable. I want to understand what is non-bailable. So casually, you wiped out someone’s generations, and after that there is celebration going on. This disgusting mentality of this family, they are celebrating their child — criminals who send other people’s children to their deaths are putting garlands around their own children’s necks.”

In both the Pune Porsche ad Dwarka case, the cause of the accident was irresponsible car driving driven by minors at that time, yet the painfully slow pace of the judicial process has left many people frustrated.
