There has been a trend on X that Aasaram Bapu has been denied an extension of his bail despite his critical health condition, even after undergoing recent treatment in a hospital in Ujjain.
There are netizens on X who claim that AIIMS has advised immediate hospitalization, but the judiciary has denied medical parole extension.
None of the above has been verified independently though.
The trend started early morning of 31st October on X.

It is to be noted that Aasaram Bapu was granted bail by the Rajasthan High Court on 6th October for 20 days for treatment in Ujjain.

Jodhpur Police Had Filed FIR Earlier
There are confirmed reports that Aasaram returned 17 hours late, beyond the allowed parole date, and therefore the Jodhpur Police registered an FIR against him. It was also reported that he was flown by air ambulance from Ujjain hospital to Jodhpur Jail.
Netizens are claiming that Aasaram should have been given an extension of medical parole for medical treatment on the grounds of human rights.
