A news is coming that a volunteer by the name of Mohammad Junaid, who was serving food to the CJP student protestors at Jantar Mantar has been detained by the UP Police.
In an interview with Lallantop, Junaid alleges that the police took away his Dad. Not only that, the Masuri Police Station of Ghaziabad took her the in laws and brother-in-law of his married sister living in Meerut.
Junaid sarcasms that his only mistake was that he was serving food to the people who were protesting.
Not only that, even the passbooks and Aadhar cards of his parents and siblings is also taken away.

They took her father-in-law, and they took away Bhund’s brother-in-law. My sister, brother, my father, my mother—everyone’s passbooks were seized, everyone’s Aadhaar cards were confiscated.
They are saying at the police station that if I come there, then they will let them go. No, listen. No, I am not going home. My only mistake is that why am I serving the people here? ”
Mohd Junaid believes that the protest has brought the two religions closer and people are helping each other out; however, according to him, this growing unity does not suit certain politicians, and he believes that is why people like him are now facing harassment.
