Canadian Indian Landlord Lady who went viral a few days ago for the violence against the tenant has now clarified in a new video, stating that she was not arrested and that the matter arose as the alleged tenant had not paid the rent for months.
Tenant Mark Releases More Footage Revealing Ordeal Related to His Stay in Tiwana Farms
Before talking about the clarification by the Indian origin landlord lady, we would like to point out that the tenant whose name was Mark has released more footage where he could be seen requesting the Lady owner to turn the electricity on.
The Tenant also opined that the rent-related issue could be sorted out through appropriate legal ways; however, from the timeline of incidents, it appears that the matter only escalated.

The Lady in the video, who is associated with Raj Tiwana Farms, has opined that the video where she was seen getting hand-cuffed by the police was nearly 10 days old and that the tenant uploaded it online. She also claims that she was freed immediately after reaching the car, indicating that she was not taken anywhere after getting arrested.
She has also said that the viral video, which was uploaded by the tenant, caused concerns amongst her well-wishers, which is why she is giving her clarification in this video.
Wasn’t Paying Rent, Got Him Evicted: Indian Canadian Landlord Lady on the Tenant
The landlord lady alleged that the tenant client had not paid the rent for a few months, which caused the issue. She also alleged that the tenant had caused damage to the property, which further fueled the rift between the two.
She revealed that her tenancy board is also in the loop of the matter and that she has had the tenant evicted from the property.
As per her, both parties will now proceed with the matter through lawyers.
“Today, I had to come in front of the camera because all the local sources said that I was arrested. They said that the police people arrested me; what information they received, I don’t know. They only took me home, and they released me at that very time.
This video was made 10 days ago, but it has been released for only three or four days. Because of that, it had a lot of effect on my customers and people I know. And I want to thank all those customers who personally called me and came to visit me, especially the young generation boys who have been my customers for about four years, who love me a lot. And all of them came to meet me yesterday.
And besides that, I am not even able to attend phone calls, which is why I had to come in front of the camera to tell everyone that I am absolutely fine.
And the second thing is that the tenant had not been giving me rent for a few months, and after that they used to harass me a lot and used to damage the property. And for that, I was working with the Tenancy Board, and finally, they were evicted from here. They were evicted last week.
They released these movies/videos later. And along with that, the police and my lawyer are also working on it, and we are taking it smoothly. Because, well, whatever had to happen has happened, but everything is okay.
