Why Rishabh Pant could possibily be facing Difficulty in Acquiring Land in Uttarakhand?

The exact reason for Rishabh Pant’s case has not been revealed by the cricketer himself nor by the official people.

But there is an important reason why buying land in Uttarakhand can be difficult. The state has unusually restrictive land laws for people who are not treated as Uttarakhand residents for land-purchase purposes.

Pant although was born in Roorkie, Uttarakhand, shifted to Delhi at the age of 12 and therefore, may be considered a resident of Delhi and therefore, more paper work may be needed to facilitate the process in cases similar to like that of Rishabh Pant.
