Fitness Influencer Tarun Gill has strongly raised doubts about the quality of creatine sold by Indian companies. Gill questioned Beast Life and Wellcore and other companies about the quality of creatine they are selling in India.

After personally experiencing the harmful effects of steroids and bodybuilding supplements, Tarun Gill has increasingly been making fitness videos on topics that are rarely discussed openly in the industry.

Tarun Gill pointed out that while many Indian companies market their creatine products as premium or high-end, they rarely disclose the actual source of the raw creatine used in those supplements.

Are Indian Creatine Supplements companies Hiding Their Raw Source?

Gill claims that most of the Indian companies are selling sub-par Creatine with raw source imported from China, as it is extremely cheap compared to the high-quality Creatine made by a renowned German Company.

Gill also claimed that many companies marketing creatine supplements often cite studies conducted on high-quality raw creatine sourced from Germany, rather than on the creatine manufactured in China that is commonly used in their own products.

Beast Life recently launched its Creatine product, “Nano Creatine,” which claims to have extremely high solubility and therefore faster absorption than Creatine sold by competitors.

There have been studies which indicates that Creatine contamination is for real and that its adverse effects can cause tremendous harm to the body.

Many European countries have set standards on the amount of impurities like dicyandiamide (DCD), dihydrotriazine (DHT),
excess creatinine, and occasionally trace heavy metals. Gill opines that Indian companies do not reveal the level of impurities in their Creatine products let alone tell the source of their Raw Creatine.

Since Creatine is a synthesized product in the lab, its purity is also determined by the purification process and the environment where the process is done.

For the people who think Creatine can only be taken from a supplement, that isn’t true at all. Creatine can also be obtained from sources like red meat and fish.
