The man argues that his wife is ill and therefore he needs to have it.

The lady, who is allegedly a teacher, scolds the operator for trying to persuade her for such a thing.

As if that wasn’t enough, the man then tries to touch the lady to persuade her and tries it multiple times. The lady eventually had to resort to raising her voice in order to push the man back from making advances.

The lady mentions that she is being withheld in the school premises beyond her work hours and that she be allowed to go home immediately.

Swift Arrest But Investigation Underway?

After the video went viral, the operator Dinesh Rai has been arrested by the Kushinagar police and they have stated that investigation is underway.

“Police are conducting an investigation in the case and necessary statutory actions are being taken.” said Kushinagar police on X.

While the police need to be applauded for their swift action, their statement of “conducting an investigation” sparks a curious concern as to what more investigation is needed when there is ample evidence of the sexual harassment that can be seen from the recorded video.

This video is a sharp reminder of why strict measures are needed in order to ensure the safety of staff and female employees.
