Serious allegations have been levelled against ACP Vivek Bhagat. An independent journalist by the name of Rosy has alleged that ACP Vivek Bhagat squeezed her chest area under the guise of controlling the protestors. The journalist claims that the police are refusing to file an FIR against Bhagat.

1000s of people, including political leaders and student activists, have been detained by Delhi Police who were protesting at Jantar Mantar to demand the resignation of chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over electoral roll irregularities.
In the ongoing Jantar Mantar protests, an extremely serious allegation has been made by journalist Rosy, who claims that she was molested by ACP Vivek Bhagat. The journalist, whose name is Rosy, claims that when she confronted ACP Bhagat about the molestation, he fled away.
“I am Rosy, sitting at the Parliament street police station and its been nearly 3 and half hours sitting here. Today, when the police were detaining Neha Bora, I was making her video and at that time ACP Vivek Bhagat squeezed my breasts and pushed away.”
“When I confronted him about what he did, he ran away and now that I have come here to register an FIR against him, its been more than three and a half hours and the police is not registering my FIR. They are just delaying my time and no action is being taken.” said the Independent journalist telling her alleged ordeal.
Another lady on camera has confirmed the same regarding ACP Vivek Bhagat: that he put his hand inside the shirt of the female journalist and squeezed the chest area.
