A video is going viral where a traffic policeman from Kota could be seen in a heated spat with a group of people. In the video, the traffic policeman could be clearly seen hurling abuse at a group of men and threatening to hit them by removing his belt. He has been suspended with immediate effect after the video went viral.

What was the matter?

As per various netizens, a group of boys had come to the police station to get their detained bike free after the court’s order. However, the traffic personnel made them wait, and then the situation allegedly escalated from both sides, with the traffic personnel seen hurling abuses.

As per a report, the bullet bike was seized by the traffic police a few days ago, and the boys had come to get their seized bike after obtaining the court’s order. The boys have alleged that the traffic personnel was drunk when the heated argument began.

Kota Police Announces Immediate Suspension of Traffic Constable

In the video, the traffic personnel could also be seen coming in a threatening manner by removing his belt. The name of the traffic constable is Abhishek Choudhary. Other police personnel appeared to intervene and stop the traffic constable from further escalation of the heated matter.

After the video went viral, Kota City Police announced on X that the traffic constable in question has been suspended with immediate effect and the matter is being investigated by the CP of Traffic police. The message emphasized that wrong behaviour towards the citizens will not be tolerated by the Kota Police.
