In what could be termed as surprising and refreshing, the Prime Minister has indicated that strict action is about to fall on individuals responsible for the paper leak in tomorrow’s cabinet.

Does it mean that there is some decision that will be taken against the education minister, Dr. Dharmendra Pradhan? The CJP protestors have been demanding his resignation from the start.

“Our biggest responsibility was to ensure that students did not lose an entire academic year. Conducting the examinations again as quickly as possible was extremely important. The government used all its resources and organized the re-examination for around 2.2 million (22 lakh) students in the shortest possible time. Just a few days ago, on the 19th, the results were also declared, and we are seeing happy stories of successful students from across the country.” Prime Minister Modi said in the video.

The Prime Minister did not reveal everything but emphasized that immediate discussions will be taken related to setting up of fast track courts in order to address the paper leak cases will be taken up in the cabinet.

“A proposal has now been prepared that includes fast-track courts and strict punishments for those involved in paper leaks. It will be discussed in the Cabinet tomorrow. After incorporating the Cabinet’s suggestions, the proposal will be finalized.” Narendra Modi said.
