The CJP protest march from Jantar Mantar to Parliament has witnessed violence from police, if we go by the videos that are circulating on social media platforms.
But strangely, many videos are cropping up on the Internet where individuals beating protestors could be seen, and many people are alleging that these individuals are from law enforcement.
In one of the videos, a young man could be seen in a white shirt sitting calmly, only to become aggressive against the protestors. Many netizens claim that this young man is Chaudhary Honey Dagar, and surprisingly, he is with Delhi Police as per an Instagram profile that netizens believe belongs to this man.
As per a media reference, Chaudhary Honey Dagar was wearing civil dress when he decided to attack the protestors with Police sticks.
It is alleged that he works as a constable in the Delhi Police.
As of now, Chaudhary Honey Dagar has deactivated his Instagram account. Many netizens are now sharing screenshots of his Instagram profile, where in many posts, Chaudhary Honey Dagar has used the hashtag Delhi Police.
A well-known UPSC teacher, Amit Kilhor, shared in his reel that Chaudhary Honey Dagar had been serving in the Delhi Police since 2020.
