In a recent post on Instagram, Abhijeet Dipke has alleged that an attack was made on Sonam Wangchuk on the night of 17th July during his protest on Jantar Mantar.

Dipke also opined that he was informed by an insider from the police about a possible attack on Sonam Wangchuk to dismantle the peaceful protest.

As per Dipke, an object was thrown at Sonam Wangchuk, which luckily did not hurt him.

Dipke has warned the government of consequences if anything unfortunate happens to Sonam Wangchuk, either by attack or through a prolonged hunger strike.

The hunger strike has entered 21st day on Saturday.
