A video is going viral where two brothers of same age 44 are allegedly showing their health and fitness difference. One of the brother is living in India while the other has lived majorly in Jamaica, West Indies. The contrasting difference between the two brothers has gone viral and has sparked debate.
Stark Health and Hair Difference Between Living In India vs Living In Jamaica?
According to the India-based brothe, both of them has date of birth of 1982 and that he has been living in India for the last 24 years. He opinions that there is major difference between both of them, especially the hair on the head. He says that his brother from Jamaica has more hair, that too still black color while he has lost nearly all his hair.
“Look at the difference, we both are same age. He had lived in Jamaica for 24 years and I have lived in India doing farming. Look what has happened to my hair after doing farming. Look at my face.”
He also indirectly hinted at the skeletal muscle difference between both of them. The brother from India has done farming for most of his life.
The comparison has led social media users to speculate about whether differences in lifestyle, diet, physical activity, environment and other factors could contribute to differences in ageing and physical appearance between people of the same age.
The video also highlights a major point which is that genetics alone cannot determine the outcome of health and that lifestyle, diet and exercise can significantly alter the looks, health and fitness.
