Zakir Naik is a controversial Islamic preacher who fled India in 2016, after he feared getting arrested by the Indian government on account of hate speech and inciting terrorism.

Zakir Naik’s lawyer has once again denied rumors of the controversial preacher suffering from HIV or any incurable viral disease. His lawyer, Abedin bin Abdul Kader, said that his client is  ‘hale and hearty’ and that he is looking to file a defamation case against an Indian channel that ran the news of his client suffering from HIV. However, at the time of writing this particular information on 15th September, no one has confirmed or denied the authenticity from Zakir Naik’s side of this viral image. But Zakir Naik has responded on his official FB Account that he is fine and healthy and that the news of his hospitalization is false.

By looking solely at the report from image, it appears that it may not be authentic. It is to be noted that reports today can be made from AI tools that gives the impression that they are real.

There are many reports in media which opined that Zakir Naik has diagonsed with an incurable viral illness and that Naik and his team are trying hard to keep things under wrap.

The report indicates the name of Pantai Hospital from Kuala Lampur. It is being reported in the media that the hospital is renowned for treating high-profile people and that treatment of Naik is being going on under strict discretion due to the impact it could make if the information leaks out.

Islamic preacher known for his controversial views, Zakir Naik has responded sharply about the allegations of having Aids. Naik has strongly denied and has stated them as “Hate Speech” spready by haters of his popularity.

The allegations were that Naik was diagnosed with Aids and was getting treatment at a private hospital at Klang Valley.

The allegations were denied strongly by Nair through his lawyer Akberdin Abdul Kadir om Free Malaysia Today on 9th September 2025.

Zakir Naik has networth in millions of dollars. The Islamic preacher owns Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) and Peace TV and other digital outlets. The total valuation of all his assets is more than 100 Cr Indian Rupees as of September 2025. In Mumbai alone, he owns around 25 flats according to the investigation done by NIA in 2017.

Zakir Naik Son’s name is Fariq Zakir Naik. He was born on 10th of July in the year 1994 which makes him 31 years of age as of September 2025 and is 5 feet 7 inches in height. Fariq Zakir Naik higher education consists of Bachelor’s degree in Shariah from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
