Youtuber Shwetabh Gangwar, who is often known for his unfiltered talk related to men’s niche has revealed in his latest video that his Youtube channel “Gangsta Perspectives” may close down as he has receive multiple copyright strikes.

While Gangwar has not taken the name of copyright striker, he indicated that a Youtuber of his own genre have sent him multiple copyright strikes.

Shwetabh has nearly half a million subscribers on his Gangsta Perspective channel and almost 1.6 million subscribers on his “Shwetabh Gangwar” channel.

Shwetabh Blames Youtube for Sending Copyright Strikes

In his latest video, Shwetabh Gangwar strongly criticised the review system which handles Youtube copyright strikes. The Youtuber believes that the process of handling copyright strikes is outdated on Youtube platform.

According to Youtube policy, if a channel receives three copyright strikes in 90 days , then it will get terminated.

Gangwar also felt warned that his other Youtube channel “Mensutra” may also get deleted due to circumvention policy of Youtube which was introduced very recently.

Gangwar Calls For Support

The Youtuber pointed that people need to voice their support openly if they want fair process for copyright strike claims on Youtube. Shwetabh has called for support from his fans in this difficult time. While he opines that moving on from Youtube may not impact his life as many believe however, he wishes that this problem gets resolved very soon.

Similar Copyright strikes to Many Indian Youtubers In Recent Times

Gangwar is not the only Indian Youtuber in recent times who have gotten multiple copyright strikes with the ill-intent to shut down a competitor’s Youtube channel. Many prominent Indian Youtubers have stated that they are being blackmailed to pay a huge settlement money or to lose their Youtube Channel permanently.
