A video is getting viral on the Internet showing visuals where students in a college campus are throwing fire crackers for fun at other students. While it is not confirmed which college it is, the video claims that it is of KR Mangalam University in Gurgaon.
Students can be seen lighting the crackers in their hands and throwing them including Sutli bomb and rockets at other students and elderly. One has to note that crackers like Sutli bomb often exceeds permissible decibel levels.
The Redditor who shared the video expressed frustration, asking, “Why do these people act like this and wth is the university administration doing?”

The incident highlights the growing trend of lack of civic sense amongst people and netizens demanded strict action for the ones who are involved in this mischief.

Netizens were quick to slam the action shown in the footage and questioned the authorities who have turned a blind eye towards such mischiefs which can cause serious injury to others.
Another commented that this action would have resulted in serious repurcussion from the police department if it was done in any western country.
