Nyla Raja is in the news these days, and for all the wrong reasons. The lawyer and social media influencer married Pakistani cricketer Imad Wasim a few days ago, who recently got divorced from his wife Sannia Ashfaq only two months ago.

In one of her vlogs, which Nyla uploaded on her YouTube channel two months ago, she strongly indicated that she is 34 years of age as of Dec 2025, meaning she was born around 1992. She has done her MBA and then did her LLB from the University of London. As of now, she is a lawyer and a social media influencer.
Has Nyla Raja Ever Been Married Before?
While everyone is aware that this is Imad Wasim’s second marriage, there are posts going on in Pakistan’s social media circles that Nyla Raja was also married earlier, back in 201,4 and had taken a divorce just a couple of months later.
In fact, there are posts that say that Nyla Raja’s first marriage was with Hussnain Shah, the husband of her best friend, Somi Naqvi, a makeup artist.
However, in an interview given two years ago, Nyla talked about her marriage plans and indicated that she had never been married.
A profile by the name of Overview Magazine, which covers stories from Pakistan, has claimed that Nyla Raja was not only married previously but had also dated after her divorce from her first husband, Hussnain Shah. We cannot confirm whether those pictures or allegations are real.
The publication has recently released a statement that they are receiving pressure from the team of Nyla to remove her wedding pictures from her first marriage. The publication has stated that they are not afraid of her as they have proofs, eyewtinesses and even support of FIA, the federal law enforcement agency of Pakistan.
