But eventually, love blossomed between the two as time went by. However, the turning point of their relationship came when Shreya had the pressure of parents to get married at the earliest as she was nearing her 30s. She gave an ultimatum to Gaurav to either think of her as marriage prospect or else she will make her profile on matrimonial websites.

Shreya even revealed that her husband Gaurav Kapoor kind of took her place in the corporate world. She recounts a time when her Boss came up to her and opined that Gaurav is doing much better work than her.

Shreya highlights that Gaurav was her “best investment” because he was supportive, kind, and their relationship was based on friendship and practical understanding rather than traditional notions of romance.
