Aditya Raj Kaul is a well-known Kashmiri Pandit journalist and activist. He was born in the year 1989 on the 14th of April in Rainawari, Srinagar, and started his journalism in the year 2008. Therefore, he is 36 years of age as of May 2025.

Aditya Raj Kaul’s parents are Utpal Kaul and Advaitavadini Kaul. His father used to have a book publication house. At the time, when the family did an exodus from Kashmir, Aditya’s mother was pursuing P.hD from the University of Kashmir.

Anticipating a threat to life, the family decided to leave Kashmir at the earliest when the separatists and terrorists started their gruesome attacks on the Kashmiri Pandits in the 1990s. They settled down in Delhi, where Aditya’s mother got a job in the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA).

Aditya Raj Kaul got married to a TV anchor named Divya Kochar on 31st January 2024. Divya also works in TV9 Network, and the duo got engaged in 2023. She has done her Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from ISOMES in 2018. Before joining TV9 Network, Divya had acquired significant experience working with ABP News and News24.
