In a video that is viralling on social media, a group of Pakistani fans could be heard shouting derogatory words “Father of India” while the Australian players were sitting in the dugout during the T20I match in the ongoing series in Pakistan.
When the fans realized that the Australian players sitting there Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head may be listening, they begin to shout even louder “Father of India”
Mitchell Marsh could be seen giving a sarcastic laughing expression to the derogatory words while Travis Head ignored it completely.
Not Limited to just Pakistani Fans
Tensions has always been there between India and Pakistan but escalated massively last year when India gave a befitting reply to Pakistanis during Operation Sindoor.
Such behaviour is not just limited to Pakistani fans. Last year, Pakistani player Sahibzada Farhan mimiced gun firing gesture after completing his half century against India during the Asia Cup match.
On many Pakistani Youtube channels, one can see many youth who have been influenced by propaganda and nourish hatred against India and cite inaccurate historical facts related about the outcomes of war between India and Pakistan.
