In an interview with Sonu Sharma, the Danube founder was asked an important question on what he would do if everything fails today to which Rizwan gave an answer and it is quite frankly a humble one but before diving into that, lets discuss Rizwan’s journey from humble beginnings to real estate tycoon.

Humble Beginnings

Rizwan Sajan had a difficult time when he lost his father at the age of 18. But with hard work and discipline, he got his life back on track while working in Kuwait. He made significant savings from his job and got a house in the near vicinity of Sharukh Khan’s Mannat. After the Iraq War, Sajan had to return to India and got a sales job in Dubai with the help of his friend. Finally realizing the good outcome that he is always generating from sales job, he decided to start his own venture.

Starting from Scratch today if he lose all money

Rizwan was asked an interesting question as to what he would do if he had to start all over again. The Danube founder opined that he would take a handcart and would start selling again. He opines that he is extremely well-versed in the art of selling which has helped him to overcome obstacles in his life.

“I will start the Bhakra again where I used to sell clothes, which I call Bhakra, I will again take to the streets. Then I will come out on the road, I am not ashamed of that, even today if you look at me a little, whether you have seen me or not, it is my work. I never thought about that branded thing, I am a person who sits on the road, I will sit on the road again. If you are asking me whether something bad will happen to me tomorrow. It happens, and I need to start again. Send me to the African jungle. I’ll sell the animals there, friend. I still have that salesmanship quality. No one can take that away from me.”
