Sunita Ahuja’s marital problems with Govinda is not hidden from the public domain. In almost every one of her interviews, Sunita had indicated about the philandering stories of Govinda. In the latest interview with Miss Malini, Sunita again talked about Govinda’s multiple affairs.
During the interview, the girl, the host who was interviewing Sunita said that her name is Komal to which Sunita paused for few seconds and affirmed whether her name is indeed Komal? The host revealed that her name is indeed Komal. Sunita then explained her awkward reaction upon hearing that name and said that she hates the name Komal, indicating that it is/was one of the names of Govinda’s girlfriend or ex-girlfriend.
“Is your name, Komal? Yeh naam thoda gadbad hai (this name is problematic).”
She then started laughing and added, “I hate the name Komal. Change this name. There is a girl named Komal, some xyz. I hate her.”
Heroines need Sugar Daddies
Sunita opined during the interview that a lot of newcomer heroines who come to Mumbai often require SugarDaddies and financially powerful men to support their lifestyle. Later, situations can turn into blackmail, rumours, or scandals, especially if the relationship sours. Taking at dig at Govinda, that he shouldn’t be a fool to fall into such traps, especially now that he is not only 63 years old but also have a loving family and a beautiful wife.
“But Komal, what happens these days is that the girls who come to struggle, they need a sugar daddy, someone who can take care of their expenses.
If you look the way you do and still want to become a heroine, then what do you expect? Then what do they do—they trap you, and then they blackmail you. You know, a lot of such girls come. But then you are a bit foolish. You are 63 years old. You have a good family, a beautiful wife, and two grown-up children. You can’t do all this at the age of 63.”

Sunita also hinted that even she may have been diverted in her younger days while she was married and that she has forgotten similar acts done by Govinda in his younger days.
“You may have done it in your younger days, and that’s fine. Even we made mistakes in our youth. But not at this age. You have to get Tina married, and then there is Yash’s career. So focus on that. Again, I am telling you that all of this is guided by the family.”
