Lena Elf Allah, the accused who blamed Sadia Khan in the defamatory audio note, has been found guilty in a court in Dubai.

Back in September 2025, Sadia Khan, an alleged psychologist, came under the spotlight for the wrong reasons as an audio clip went viral where she could be seen talking explosively. On hearing the clip, speculations were raised about her having an extramarital affair.

However, during the investigation, it was found that while the audio in the clip belonged to Sadia Khan, the accused had deliberately released a specific part of the conversation that portrayed Sadia Khan in a bad light.

Who Were The Accused?

In all these months, the accused’s name had not been revealed, mainly due to court proceedings. But in a recent interview, Sadia revealed plenty of key facts of the case findings.

Sadia revealed that the accused is Lena Elf Allah, born in Libya and currently living in the UK, who works at Chubb Insurance. As per the revelations from the court’s findings, Lena was in a romantic relationship with Joshua Oguntuase. It was also revealed that Lena had never met Sadia Khan but suspected Joshua of having an affair with Khan.

Joshua clarified in the Dubai court that he had never been in a relationship with Sadia Khan and also presented an interview as evidence where he denied having any relationship with Sadia Khan, even for a brief period. But the interview was never released publicly online by John Dorsey, an Israeli social media personality.

As per the findings, another fact became transparent that the clip was edited and distributed by John Dorsey with the aim of distorting its complete context.

In the viral audio, Sadia had said something along the lines of of “if I wanted to, I could suck his ****” which grabbed eyeballs and got negative limelight.

While talking about the verdict, Sadia said in the interview that her career was making significant progress and the controversy caused her great harm.

Controversy about Sadia Khan’s Education Qualifications

When the controversy erupted, critics of Sadia Khan raised doubts about the authenticity of Sadia Khan’s qualification. As per media reports, Sadia had submitted verifiable documents during the trial court.

As per UAE laws, strict penalties are given if the accused is found to tarnish the reputation on such a scale.
