A disturbing allegation involving a BJP leader in Delhi has sparked outrage on social media. A party functionary from Kanjhawala has claimed that he was subjected to a brutal assault after being called to a BJP office under the guise of a meeting. Graphic images of his assault have been released on social media, and the images are quite disturbing.

Very disturbing news has been highlighted on social media, where the head of the BJP Dalit Mandal, Sunil Kumar, has alleged that he was beaten black and blue by the BJP MLA Gajendra Daral. A user on X by the name of Awdhesh, a journalist at NewsLaundry, has shared graphic images highlighting the injuries that Sunil has received.

As per news reports, Sunil Kumar, the BJP Mandal President from Kanjhawala in North-West Delhi, was called in by the BJP MLA Gajendra Daral at the BJP Office on the pretext of a meeting.

Sunil Kumar is a Dalit who comes from the Valmiki community of the Scheduled Caste.

When Sunil reached the office, it is alleged that he was held captive throughout Thursday night, where he was beaten by the goons which were allegedly called in by the BJP MLA.

Sunil has alleged that the CCTV Cameras were turned off and that pipes, sticks and belts were used to assault him. The images of the assault are very disturbing, with the backside turned an intense red from the beating.

Sunil has lodged a written complaint to the police where he has elaborated on the entire traumatic incident. He even mentioned that he had difficulty in getting the medical check-up done after the incident and that there is danger to his life.

“I was beaten by nearly 12 men. One of them was the BJP MLA Gajendra Singh Daral. I am mentally traumatized by the entire incident. I am getting threats.” Sunil could be seen speaking to a news channel.

Netizens are questioning the police as they haven’t registered the FIR yet. Sunil’s family is demanding that an FIR be launched under the SC/ST act against the BJP MLA.

There is a growing debate in the country about the misuse of SC/ST acts however, one cannot deny that enforcement of SC/ST acts are missing where the case is genuine.
