What makes this revelation of ordeal more surprising is that Sabeer Bhatia’s dad, Baldev Bhatia was in the Indian army and retired as a captain.
Somewhat similar ordeal of one common man was also in the news in 2017 when Anup Kumar, software architect from Infosys endured 14 years of court battle but still don’t obtain the necessary possession certificate for a land that he had bought in auction from BDA in 2003.
Earlier, Bhatia had revealed about the ordeal of a flat that he booked in 2012 but still haven’t received the posession of it.
