Myron Gaines, born Amrou Fudl in 1990 is an Internet celebrity who is often known for his controversial views on women especially related to dating and marriage.

Before embarking an podcasting and enterpreneurship career, Myron worked with the Federal government special agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for about six years until December 2020.

Myron revealed in an interivew that in order to work outside the federal job, he had to take approval from the federal government who didn’t allow him permission due to controversial content that Myron was putting out. Myron had to make a decision to choose between the two jobs and he eventually decided to pursue a career in Internet.

Myrone became famous for being the host of fresh and fit, a podcast show that although got lot of eyeballs but eventually got demonetized on Youtube in 2023 for violating content guidelines and having non-friendly content which repelled advertisers.

Myron Gaines’s parents are from Sudan. In an interview, he credit his mother for giving him insights into female psychology. In one of the interviews, Myron opined about having immense respect for his father because other men respected him for being a good, kind hearted and helpful person.

Myron Gaines had a very highly public relationship with a girl named Angie Gaines who used to appear along with him on the podcast. Angie used to work in restaurants and as a translator for English to/from Spanish language.
